Negotiations are on with people from Hollywood for making the Malayalam superhit movie Albuthu Dweep into a Hollywood film. The movie, inspired by Gulliver's Travels, features around 300 real dwarfs.
Albuthu Dweep by Vinayan stars Pritviraj, Jagathy Sreekumar, Mallika Kapoor, Jagadhish, and Indrans and is set around the fictional wonder island where no man is more than three feet tall while all women are beautiful and of normal size due a thousand-year old curse.
Albuthu Dweep has proved to be a success in Tamil too. Vinayan's latest release was a sci-fi thriller Adhisayan. The latest buzz is that he is planning for a film like the Hollywood flick, Jurassic Park.
