Jayasurya has two movies featuring him as hero releasing today. One has him playing a humorous role while the other has him playing the role of a police officer.
Shakespeare M.A. Malayalam comes to town with good previews and the movie is set on the backdrop of Jayabharath theatre, a professional drama troupe. Jayasurya plays ‘Shakespeare Pavithran’, a scenarist who pens his dramas drawing inspiration from real life incidents. Kalabhavan Mani returns to the screen as a comedian after a gap and he plays 'Kottayam Gopalan', owner and lead actor of Jayabharath theatre.
The other movie, Positive, releasing in 36 centres, is termed a musical thriller in which Jayasurya teams up with a group of youngsters.
