2007 has been an exciting year for us here at Galatta.com as well as the entire film industry.
The year saw a wide range of films being released. Though the year was dominated by Mammootty and Mohanlal releases, another star who had a great run was Prithviraj. His film Chocolate was a big hit and he is moving towards being the next big name in Malayalam cinema.
Though this was not a great year for Malluwood, as usual some good stories were told on celluloid. The Big 5 of 2007 were Chocolate, Hello, Kathaparayumbol, Mayavi and Vinodhyatra.
For Galatta.com this year was very special as this year marked its entry into the print arena with its very own film magazine Galatta Cinema, one of its kind complete South Indian movie magazine.
Galatta.com wishes all its users a wonderful 2008 and hopes that everyone has all their wishes fulfilled.
