Indrajith, son of late Malayalam actor Sukumaran and elder brother of actor Prithviraj, is indeed the kind of person who wants to make people notice that he is a good actor even with small roles. Although Indrajith has been doing supporting roles and villain roles in his entire career, he was extremely lucky to get the best roles in recent Mollywood films.
Meesamadhavan, Mizhi Randilum, Baba Kalyani, Chanthupottu, Classmates, Arabikatha, Malabar Wedding and Minnaminnikoottam are some of his Mollywood films that drew appreciation.
Now, Indrajith is foraying into Bollywood with a Hindi film titled Waiting Room, directed by Maneej, an associate of Ram Gopal Varma. Indrajith plays a significant role in this Hindi film which revolves around a waiting room where four characters get stuck for a night.
Raja Choudhary, Radhika Apte, Sandip Kulkarni and Pratiksha Lonkar play the main characters. Camera is cranked by Dilshad. The film, produced by Sunil Doshi under the banner of Alliance Media and Entertainment, will grace theatres soon.
Currently, Indrajith is also shooting for Vikram's latest Kanthaswamy, in which he is the main villain.
