Nearly 3,000 fans gathered at the Techno Park grounds at Kazhakootam, near Thiruvananthapuram to wish the superstar of Malayalam films, Mohanlal on his birthday. This was the location where Mohanlal's film, Alibhai was launched. A huge cake was organized by his fans and later distributed to all present. Mohanlal was greatly pleased with his fans' presence and said that it was the first time that he was celebrating his birthday in his home town.
The movie Alibhai by Shaji Kailash is a big budget movie with 108 artists acting in the film. The movie will be mainly shot in and around Pollachi in Tamil Nadu. The movie has Gopika and Priyanka playing the female leads. The movie with a script by T.A. Shahid is slated for Onam release.
