The latest sensation in cinema today is none other than Kollywood hero Kamal Haasan, who plays ten different roles in his forthcoming Dasavathaaram. It is learned that in this movie, Kamal acts as an American, a Chinese, a CBI officer from Andhra Pradesh, an old lady, a leader from Afghanistan, a Scheduled Tribes’ leader, George Bush, a Punjabi and one character who looks like Kamal normally does. What does Kamal look like in these roles? Nobody knows!
Let's come to Mollywood. A young actor is presently doing nine different roles, but of course, in nine different films! No need to google for choices. It's Prithviraj, who seems to have the most happening career among the younger stars in Mollywood and Kollywood.
Prithviraj is simultaneously acting in nine films which all are different in their plot lines and presentations. He has just completed Thalappavu and One Way Ticket that will hit theatres soon. He has started working in Thirakkatha by Renjith. His other Mollywood movies include Joshy’s Robin Hood and Shaji Kailas's M G Road, which will feature him in triple roles.
In Kollywood, he acts in Abhiyum Naanum which also features Trisha and Prakashraj in important roles. The young star has some new projects with Mani Ratnam, Faazil and Shankar. Prithviraj is also busy with a Tamil remake of the Malayalam hit Classmates, which will have Priyamani in the female lead.
Apart from these movies, Prithviraj will also debut in Telugu this year in Police Police, which will feature actor Srikanth in the lead role. With nine movies in hand, Prithviraj undoubtedly proves that he is a rising star of Malayalam cinema after Mammootty and Mohanlal.
