The shooting of the campus movie Sultan, based on a plot by Gopi Manisseril, is fast progressing in Kozhikode. Directed by Sree Prakash, it has Nivedyam fame Vinu Mohan and Varada in lead roles. It also features Sandhya, Roma, Lalu Alex, Vijay Raghavan, Jagathy and Salim Kumar in prominent roles.
This is the third movie by Vinu Mohan, whose last film Cycle was a super hit. Vinu has a couple of movies in hand like Achanthe Makan and Adhithi Devo Bhava, which will start shooting after the completion of Sultan.
The film's story is by Vinod Guruvayoor and Jayan Sivapuram. Camera is by P. Sukumar and editing by Ranjan Abraham. Lyrics, penned by Kaithapram, are set to music by M. Jayachandran. Produced by Gopi Manasseri under the banner of Abhirami Krishna Productions banner, the film is expected to release this month.
