The shooting of Veruthe Oru Bhaarya, starring Jayaram and Gopika in the lead roles, progresses at Thodupuzha. The film, directed by Akbar of the Akbar-Jose duo, who had directed Mazhathullikilukkam and Sadanandante Samayam, is being produced by Salavuddin under the banner of Cinema Kottaka.
The movie also has Jagathy Sreekumar, Innocent, Madhu Warrier, Suraaj Venjaramoodu, Sivaji Guruvayoor, Kalabhavan Prachod, Sarayu, Mini Arun, Mahima, Nivedhitha and Jaffer Idukki in important roles.
The film's script is by K Gireesh Kumar, the writer of Amritham and Alice in Wonderland. Cinematography by Shaji and art-direction by Saloo K. George are the highlights of this film. Veruthe Oru Bhaarya will be brought to the theatres by Pyramid Saimira.
