Dileep has completed Kamal’s Pachakuthira which has created a lot of buzz in the film trade. He is doing the dubbing of the film in Ernakulam and has an impressive line up of films in the next six months. In Pachakuthira, he plays a dual role as a junior artist supplier for films and a mentally challenged person which releases on April 14 for Vishu. In the first week of April, he will be completing Fast Track which will release for May 19.
On Vishu day (April 15), his new film titled Chess will be launched directed by Raj Babu. The film is said to be a comedy with some action and the heroine is Bhavana one of his lucky heroines. Chess will release on his lucky date of July 4 and the film is distributed in Kochi area by his new distribution concern ‘Manjunatha Creations’.
And the big news is that Sathyan Anthikkad has signed him up as hero in a film to be produced by M.M.Hamsa who had done Dileep’s super hit Ee Parakkum Thalika earlier. It was Dileep’s big dream to do a film for Sathyan and this untitled film will be his Onam (Sep 1) release. Meera Jasmine is likely to be the heroine while Hamsa and Dileep will be jointly distributing this film.
