Nandita Das, Indrajit in Santosh Sivan’s English film

The next film to be directed by Santosh Sivan after Anthabadram is an English film. It has Nandita Das playing a pivotal role and Malayalam actor Indrajit playing her brother. The film is set in the pre-independence era and is produced by an UK production company. The film is shot in India and is all about the happenings taking place in the backdrop of the independence struggle. Indrajit is the elder brother of Prithiviraj, who was the hero in Santosh’s Anthabardram and is currently awaiting the release of Parijatham directed by Bhagyaraj in which he plays the lead. Santosh’s last English film was Terrorist.
