Vineeth Sreenivasan, a well-known singer, son of writer, actor and producer Sreenivasan, is making his acting debut with the upcoming film Cycle. The movie, directed by Johnny Antony, has a script by James Albert, who had earlier penned the script for the youthful Classmates.

Cycle is a trendy and youthful film set against the background of a big posh shopping mall. It tells the story of two young boys, Roy and Sanju, played by Vineeth Sreenivasan and Vinu Mohan respectively. Roy works as a cashier for a private finance firm called Kasthubhan Financiers in the shopping mall and Sanju works as a salesman in a shop of the mall which sells home appliances. Both Sanju and Roy hail from deprived family backgrounds and aim to attain something bigger in life.

Bhama and Sandhya are the female leads. Bhama plays the character of Annie, who works for a travel agency in the mall; Sandhya plays the daughter of owner of a private finance firm of the mall. Vinu Mohan and Bhama make their debut into films with Naivedhyam.

Mejo Jospeh helms the music and Shaji cranks the camera. Sunny Kuruvilla, Tilakan Thandassery, Vishwanathan produce the film under the banner of Masters Cinema. Others in the cast include Arun, Saikumar, Jagathy Sreekumar, Cochin Haneefa, T.G. Ravi, Anoop Chandran
